Hotel Polices

Based on providing safe and comfortable accommodation,

our service goal is to assure clean and calm environment to all our guests

Check-In Conditions


 

To Check-in the hotel, guests are required to show a valid government issued photo ID and a guest credit card. If a guest does not agree to present a credit card, guest must submit a deposit (cash or debit) in the amount of $100.00 ~ $200.00.

If a reservation is made in advance or via online reservation systems, upon arrival guest must present the booking confirmation number and a credit card which was mentioned to guarantee a reservation. 

 

The hotel reserves the right to Pre-authorize guest's credit cards prior to arrival.

Check-In and Check-Out time

Check-in time is any time after 3:00 PM (not guaranteed due to the high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 


After 11:00 AM applicable fees may be applied. Guests may request a later Check-out based on availability. Please notify a front desk agent if a late check-out is needed. Late check-outs are subject to additional fees.

Damage Deposit

Debit or cash-paying guests (without credit cards) must submit a deposit $200.00, which is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical or noise damages to other guests, you will be charged for any damage to the hotel’s property caused by you or by your guests.

Occupancy Policy


Guest room with 1 Queen bed, maximum 2 people per room (Adults & Kids)

Guest room with 2 Queen beds, maximum 4 people per room (Adults & Kids)

 

Extra guests


For the third person residence in the room, there is an additional fee $5.00 the room rate for the period of residence.

 


Minimum age for room occupants


Guests must be 18 years of age or older to rent a room.

Noise/ Disturbance Policy


The hotel reserves the right to charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation is given to other guests due to noise.

Damage to Property


The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Non-smoking


Smoking in any of hotel inside areas and rooms is forbidden. The penalty for smoking in the rooms is $250.00.

Pet policy


Pets are not allowed at the hotel. Service animals are permitted. 

 


Alcohol policy


Alcohol is not permitted in any public areas of the hotel.

 


Parking


Free parking place is available in the hotel.
The hotel is not responsible for the guests personal automobiles and its contents. 

Wi-Fi


There is available free WI-FI internet in the hotel areas and guest rooms. 

Hotel Quiet-Time


To ensure that all guests get a good night's rest, no excess noise is permitted at this hotel between the hours of

11:00 PM and 7:00 AM

Additional information


In case of any medical, allergic or any other important factors that may affect on your accommodation, please inform the hotel staff while making reservation.
